1. I don't think that they have any plans at this moment to enter into IPL but if they do then its not going to be easy for them to get a spot. They are already having good results in domestic cricket. There are many other players who have done well in domestic cricket but they didn't make it to international level. So if they can enter into Indian domestic cricket then only they can go to International cricket.

 2. But even if they play their best game in India then they won't be able to make it to international level because of the quality of Indian cricketers.

 3. If they come to ipl then they will definitely win some matches against the top teams like Australia, South Africa etc. But if you look at the performance of Indian team over last few years then no team has been able to beat them consistently. So I don't think that we need to worry about the quality of Indian team.

 4. I think that BCCI should start working towards building a strong foundation and then they will be able to compete with other countries. They should work hard on improving the infrastructure and facilities and then only they can compete with other countries.

 5. I am sure that they would try hard to create a strong foundation for themselves and after that they will be able to improve their performance gradually.

 6. I can say that if they had been playing in IPL earlier then they could have got better results than what they have now. But since they were not playing in IPL then they couldn't get much exposure and now they are getting more opportunities.
